About The Position

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: To perform this job, an individual must accomplish each essential function satisfactorily, with or without a reasonable accommodation. Responsible for accurate and timely data entry from a CCD-A form into Resource Patient Management System (RPMS) Electronic Health Record (EHR) Responsible for back entry of data for reporting purposes Seek clarification of codes and procedures to ensure accuracy Responsible for identifying and reporting trends/problems to supervisor Other duties as assigned
