About The Position

We are seeking a professional and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for managing patient communications and ensuring smooth coordination of appointments within a medical office setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills, along with a customer-first mindset.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a customer service role (medical office experience a plus but not required).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong typing and keyboarding skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
  • Resourceful and proactive in handling issues as they arise.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing duties.
  • Bilingual preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Operate multiple telephone lines to manage incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Confirm and re-schedule new patient and follow-up appointments.
  • Verify and update patient information within the EMR system.
  • Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by management.
