The Medical Courier position at Rapid Medical involves providing essential courier services to healthcare facilities, including clinics, hospitals, and private residences. Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver medical samples, supplies, and reports on assigned routes
• Ensure specimen integrity during transport
• Use our smartphone app to manage pickups and deliveries
• Communicate with dispatch team during operations
• Check clinic lockboxes and document pickups
• Provide excellent customer service to healthcare facilities

Requirements

• Reliable, fuel-efficient vehicle (4-cylinder, 2012 or newer)
• Valid driver's license and state-required auto insurance
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background check
• Smartphone compatible with our app (Apple or Android)
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in related fields or the gig economy such as medical courier, package courier, Amazon, FedEx, USPS, Uber, or Lyft
