About The Position
Balance Point Wellness is an outpatient mental health and wellness center providing psychotherapy, psychiatry, acupuncture, and nutrition services in Maryland and Delaware. The Medical Coordinator is responsible for providing day-to-day support to the prescribers (Psychiatrists, Physician Assistants, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners) within Balance Point Wellness. Day-to-day activities include: answering phones, scheduling patients, and calling in prescriptions. The Medical Coordinator I must be a detailed oriented person who can provide exceptional customer service and patient care. The first 90 days for this role will be in person, however, it will move to hybrid/remote after the introductory period. Candidates must reside in Maryland.
