Responsibilities

• Regularly communicate with clients to update them on the status of their case, address their questions or concerns, and gather necessary information.
• Collaborate with legal staff to ensure effective case progression.
• Collect, organize, and maintain all relevant case documents, including medical records, accident reports, witness statements, and other pertinent information.
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims, status updates, and negotiations.
• Ensure that all case management systems and databases are updated regularly with the latest information.
• Work closely with the litigation team in the event a case proceeds to court, ensuring a seamless transition.
• Stay updated with the latest industry best practices, legal decisions, and regulations relevant to pre-litigation.
