About The Position
USA Vein Clinics, USA Vascular and Fibroid Centers is seeking a Medical Collections Representative to join our team! As a member of the USA Vein Clinics team, you will be responsible for contacting patients regarding their outstanding balances. This position will be proactively resolving missing data issues, answering questions about why a patient has a liability, and securing payment. This position will work closely with the Manager of Revenue Cycle to ensure patients are being appropriately informed about their financial responsibility. The Patient collection representative is an important patient interaction point for the organization. This position works onsite at our Northbrook, IL corporate office. Remote work is not an option.
