About The Position
The Medical Collections Representative is responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls related to consumer payment plans. This role involves setting up payment arrangements, documenting calls, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including HIPAA. The representative will also work towards meeting or exceeding established performance metrics.
