The Best of Both Worlds: Remote Flexibility with Local Support This position offers the flexibility of being fully remote; however, candidates must reside within a commutable distance of Boardman, OH, to attend required on-site training sessions. Requirements

• Prior medical coding experience specifically in a Home Health setting is required.
• Must hold a current coding certification (AAPC or AHIMA), such as: CCS, CCA, CPC, RHIT, COC, ACA, or CIC.
• Ability to commute to Boardman, OH for initial training.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assign CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes for home health clinical encounters to ensure compliant billing.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency in a remote work environment.
• Ensure all coding practices align with current facility and regulatory policies.
