Minimum Required Education Skill in communicating clearly and effectively using standard English in written, oral and verbal format to achieve high productivity and efficiency. Skill to write legibly and record information accurately as necessary to perform job duties. Associates Degree Preferred Minimum Required Training ICD-9, ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS Minimum Required Special Skills Basic skills in verbal and written communication. Minimum Required Licensure Certification in one of the following: Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), Certified Coding Specialist Physician (CCSP), Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT), Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA, Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Outpatient Coder (COC/CPCH, Certified Professional Coder Payer). Requirements
