Position type: Hourly Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented student to join our Medical Department for the Summer 2026 term. In this role, the intern will assist with a variety of essential health and safety functions, including: Supporting pre-employment physicals, annual physicals, and the hearing conservation program Scanning, organizing, and filing medical charts Assisting with day-to-day employee medical needs Supporting recordkeeping, procedure updates, and policy revisions as needed

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an LPN, RN, PA, MA, or pre‑med program
  • Valid CPR/AED certification
  • Enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited college or university
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Available to complete the full 3–6 month assignment
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions
  • Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general database applications
  • Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate in cross‑functional teams to deliver timely results
  • Availability: May/June 2026
  • In order to conform with U.S. government regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)3, or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
