The Receptionist receives and assists patients and visitors, answers telephone calls, and organizes appointments. He/She helps to facilitate patient care by carrying out the Receptionist responsibilities in a professional, efficient, and accurate manner. This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, skills, efforts, requirements or working conditions associated with the job.   • Experience working in a clerical or secretarial role in a healthcare-related setting preferred.
  • Must have de-escalation training completed by the end of position orientation (90 days).
  • Must have appropriate level of de-escalation training.
