The Drug Rebate and Lockbox Services Division is responsible for operating the CashDesk system through which all sources of payment for Medical Assistance recipient’s health care are discovered and the monies spent on behalf of the recipients is recovered from sources allowed by Federal and State law. The primary purpose of this position is to aid and provide support to the operational function for the CashDesk Unit by preparing Adjustment forms for recoveries to be submitted to the Adjustment Unit, mail distribution and ensuring checks received are scanned to the Lockbox Vendor.
