Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of call center or customer service experience in a healthcare setting
  • Bilingual proficiency (facility-specific language requirement)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent active listening and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to analyze issues and deliver effective solutions
  • Comfortable working extensively on the phone
  • Computer literate with the ability to navigate multiple systems
  • High School Diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and/or outgoing calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • Respond to patient inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide general support
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with callers in both required languages
  • Demonstrate active listening to fully understand caller needs and concerns
  • Accurately document call details using computer systems
  • Apply effective problem-solving techniques to identify issues and provide resolutions
  • Perform additional assignments as required to support call center operations
