About The Position
Join our growing ophthalmology practice and play a key role in both our call center and front desk operations! We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team in a dual-role position. This person will primarily support our Call Center and be cross-trained as a Patient Service Representative (PSR) to provide coverage and support across our four metro Milwaukee clinic locations.
