Responsibilities

• Work individually and as a team to work through the billing cycle for all of ApexNetwork PT's locations!
• Billing team members work with account auditing, payment posting, accounts receivable, and patient billing
• Adequately answer patient questions, including providing a benefit review
• Perform electronic and paper billing
• Handle phone calls professionally and with courtesy
• Collaborate with team members to problem solve and achieve team goals
• Understand Apex protocol and become proficient with our software systems
