Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage accounts receivable, ensuring accurate and timely collection of outstanding balances.
• Establish and maintain payment plans for patients, adhering to organizational policies.
• Serve as a liaison between patients, insurance companies, and internal departments to resolve billing or insurance issues.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and organizational regulations and policies related to patient financial services.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient interactions and financial transactions.
