Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable vendor invoices and check requests.
• Make cash disbursements in a timely and accurate manner.
• Facilitate daily management of billing and accounts receivable.
• Oversee collection efforts for the Continuum business.
• Develop and standardize procedures for new payers and co-payment collections.
• Analyze and report on collection metrics, including aging trends.
• Contact payers and patients for follow-up on accounts.
• Document accounts collection notes accurately.
• Process appeals and research claims according to payer guidelines.
• Prioritize and manage high priority-high dollar accounts.
• Complete AR adjustments where appropriate.
• Comply with regulatory compliance areas, policies, and procedures, including HIPAA and PCI compliance.
• Represent the company and team professionally and positively.
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly production goals.
