HME Specialists is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Cash Posting Specialist to enhance our Medical Billing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for accurately posting payments, reconciling accounts, and ensuring that all payments are applied correctly and timely within our billing system. Key responsibilities include posting insurance and patient payments, applying adjustments and denials per EOBs/ERAs, reconciling daily deposits, and resolving discrepancies in payments.
