About The Position
This position involves following up on patient accounts using multiple EMR and patient charting software. The role includes performing accounts receivable for patient accounts, following up on both government and commercial insurance claims, and processing denials. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for answering complex patient questions regarding denials and outstanding balances, as well as calling insurance companies to follow up on claims status.
