About The Position
We are seeking experienced medical bill collectors to join our team at a debt collection agency located in Beachwood, OH. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $12 to $14, with the potential for uncapped commission based on performance. The working hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with no weekend shifts required. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the collection of outstanding medical debts, utilizing strong verbal communication skills to secure payments and document all communications promptly. The role is designed for individuals who can work independently and possess excellent problem-solving abilities. While prior experience in collections is preferred, it is not mandatory as we provide professional training to all new hires. This position is perfect for outgoing and personable individuals who excel at multitasking and are motivated to achieve their financial goals through commission-based earnings.
