About The Position

Lincoln Tech seeks experienced Medical Assistants to join our team as
Instructors and help shape the next generation of healthcare professionals. We

As a part-time Medical Assisting Instructor, you'll have access to all the tools
and resources needed to effectively deliver our curriculum and inspire students
pursuing Medical Assisting careers. If you're passionate about sharing your

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Medical Assistant experience
• Current RMA, CMA (AAMA), or CCMA (NHA) certification preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, and Excel

Nice To Haves

• Teaching or coaching experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver Medical Assisting courses using Lincoln Tech's established, ACCSC-accredited curriculum
• Provide hands-on skills training in our fully equipped medical laboratory
• Prepare students for the Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) exam through American Medical Technologists (AMT)
• Teach safety protocols and compliance standards
• Foster student development, professionalism, and accountability
• Monitor and communicate student progress effectively
• Create an engaging, motivating classroom environment
• Prepare students for successful healthcare careers
