About The Position

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a medical office setting
• MA Diploma required
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Ability to work 10-12 hour shifts and weekends

• Team player with strong patient interaction skills
• Ability to multi-task and work independently

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients
• Assist in patient care including escorting patients to rooms and taking vital signs
• Document patient data accurately
• Assist providers during examinations and procedures
• Discharge patients with clear instructions
• Maintain cleanliness of patient rooms and waiting areas
• Inventory and replenish medical supplies as needed
• Ensure efficient patient flow in the clinic
