About The Position
At Clinical Associates, we make being healthy easier. As a premier multi-specialty physicians' practice located in the northern Baltimore suburban community, we connect our patients to a seamless system of integrated medical care. Our practice includes in-house specialists in 7 areas of medicine, from cardiology to podiatry. Each of our offices has laboratory centers for tests and blood work on site. We are seeking to add a Full Time Certified Medical Assistant to our team in Reisterstown located at 120 Westminster Pike! Our ideal candidate must be willing to work in a team environment and provide excellent care and service to our patients. The Medical Assistant will work closely with one of our healthcare providers in a multi-specialty setting. Full Time candidates with proven EHR experience will have hands-on responsibilities with patients in a healthcare setting that offers enrichment and an opportunity for growth. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for providing a positive, supportive, nurturing, yet professional experience whether triaging calls, rooming patients and assisting during an office visit, or providing follow-up to patients and/or families. The Medical Assistant will perform a variety of services up to and including assistance during routine exams, recording a patient history and logging vital signs, obtaining and tracking authorizations and test results, entering lab/diagnostic test orders, scheduling appointments, procedures, or imaging, and providing Patient Service Representative coverage when needed.
