About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Obtaining patient vital signs.
- Covid 19 testing and vaccination.
- Performing health histories.
- Triage phone calls as needed.
- Supply stocking of patient rooms.
- Patient referral from begin to end.
- Lab/radiology follow up- tracking outside orders, ensuring results received and provider reviewed.
- Prior authorization, for medications, procedures
- Make appointment for diagnostic testing, specialty referrals, and facilitate “in house referrals”.
- Review /prepare patients charts for next day appointments, needed labs/radiology, needed screenings, follow up ready for provider to review.
