About The Position

We are seeking
Medical Assistant to join our team at our Parkside Recovery
Program in our Philadelphia, PA location.

Earn $18.77/hr.

The Medical Assistant will:
Prepare rooms for examination
Maintain steady flow of individuals in medical department
Prepare electronic charts for providers
Assist providers with the examination of individuals
Measure vital signs
Draw and collect bodily fluids, prepare specimens for laboratory analysis
Respond to medical emergencies
Complete EKGs
Complete required documentation in a timely manner

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

High School diploma or G.E.D.
Medical Assistant certificate.
Certification in phlebotomy preferred.
Minimum of one (1) year working as a medical assistant, preferably in a
behavioral health setting.
Must be able to work: Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm
