About The Position

Lilac Ob-Gyn is seeking experienced part-time Medical Assistants who have the ability to enhance relationship with our patients. Specifically, if you can work 7a-5p on Mon - Wed, you are encouraged to apply. We also have a need for 7a-5p on Wed-Fri. Spanish fluency is a plus. The position will have an opportunity to become full-time. Requirements

Positive, upbeat personality is a must.
Completion of a certified Medical Assisting program.
Ability to work successfully in a medical setting, taking orders from providers and respectfully and reliably completing work.
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational ability are required.
Demonstrated ability to treat all others coworkers and patients with utmost respect is required.
Ability to demonstrate empathy, communicate concern and understanding.
Ability to maintain composure in confrontational and potentially adversarial situations is required.
Patience with multiple unforeseen changes is required. Candidate must be able to "roll with it" when the unexpected arises.
Knowledge of applicable medical terminology related to women's health.
Ability to work at either our Gilbert or Chandler locations.
The successful candidate will be reliable, efficient, flexible and able to multi-task.
You must have a professional appearance and demeanor.
