Columbia Falls, MT Schedule: PRN (as-needed; flexible schedule) Logan Health Primary Care at 1675 Talbot delivers comprehensive, patient-centered care for individuals and families in a welcoming and supportive environment. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality primary care while ensuring every patient feels heard, valued, and cared for. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our primary care team. In this role, you will support providers and patients by performing clinical tasks, helping maintain smooth clinic operations, and contributing to a positive patient experience.

Requirements

  • Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and clinical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; enjoys connecting with patients.
  • Comfortable using electronic health records and clinic software.
  • Flexible and adaptable to a PRN schedule.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a primary care setting preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare patients for exams and procedures, including taking vitals and recording medical histories.
  • Assist providers with examinations, treatments, and minor procedures.
  • Administer injections, immunizations, or medications per clinic protocol and state regulations.
  • Accurately document patient information in electronic health records.
  • Coordinate patient scheduling, referrals, and follow-up care.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and clinic staff to provide excellent patient care.
