Based on your licensure and experience we offer the following: MA-R offers start at $21/hour + signing and retention bonuses There is a repayment agreement in place if you go through our training program. 2-year employment commitment following receiving Medical Assistant Certification. MA-C offers start at $22/hour + signing and retention bonuses All employees are eligible for annual, performance-based, merit increases All full-time MAs, regardless of licensure or experience, are eligible for the following benefits: $3,500 in signing and retention bonuses over your first 12 months 4% contribution to your 401(k) regardless of your personal contribution 4 paid holidays per year 184 hours of PTO per year Employee health, dental, and vision premiums covered 100% by NOHN Dependent child(ren) medical premium paid 100% by NOHN $50/month contribution to a personal Health Reimbursement Account Eligibility to enroll in pre-tax employee funded Flexible Spending or Dependent Care Assistance programs.
