About The Position
Clinical Care Delivery provides high quality, patient-centered care focused on diagnosing, treating and managing care while ensuring the safety, efficiency and effectiveness of the practice. To improve patient care and patient satisfaction, a new employee can help the doctor see more patients, reducing wait times and increasing patient access and patient care. We are urgently seeking to hire a highly skilled individual to support a high‑volume, fast-paced physician. This role requires excellent multitasking abilities, strong organizational skills, and the capacity to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Position will be crossed trained in both front and back office
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience, preferred
- Medical Assistant diploma required
- Must have experience with Medical Terminology - reading and writing skills
- Current CPR/BLS required
- Ability to multi-task a fast-paced work environment
- Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete standard tasks
- Works on basic and routine assignments
- Selects correct processes from prescribed rules or guidelines
- Work is closely managed and follows detailed instructions
- Seeks regular guidance and advice from supervisor
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual Spanish highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Take vitals and room patients
- Assist during medical procedures
- Request and obtain necessary clinical documents for patients' chart
- Organize examination rooms
- May assist in verifying patient insurance, assist with voicemail and returns calls accordingly
- Communicate with providers, staff and patients
