Responsibilities

Welcoming guests and greet people who visit the office
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Properly collect and enter patient data
Relay relevant information to patients regarding scheduling, weight loss program, and payment policies
Collecting payments and past due balances
Sales of meal replacements and weight loss supplements
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
Provide basic and accurate information about practice in-person and via phone/email
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
