Medical Assistant - ACN Specialties - Days - Columbia - Part Time Provide compassionate patient focus and superior customer service -keeping our fast-paced environments running smoothly. Coordinate appointments and perform general clerical duties at the school based clinic to assure the timely, efficient and accurate flow of patient information. Assist practitioners and Management by performing blood draws and taking vital signs of patients in clinic. Welcome and direct visitors and hospital colleagues to appropriate areas. Cultivate a courteous and respectful demeanor while multitasking between people and responsibilities. The schedule for this part time will be as follows: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday - 8:30AM - 5:00 PM Fridays 8:30AM - 12:00 PM

Requirements

• Graduate of a State and/or Nationally accredited Medical Assistant Program
• High School Diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

• Experience with pediatrics or school based patients in an outpatient setting
• Bilingual English/Spanish

Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointments
