Nice To Haves

- Prior medical office or weight-loss clinic experience
Responsibilities
- Perform urinalysis, EKGs, phlebotomy, and body composition testing
- Obtain and accurately record patient vitals
- Administer IM injections
- Prepare and manage lab orders and results
- Assist in patient referrals to other healthcare professionals
- Maintain clinical workflow in a fast-paced, supportive environment
- Document patient progress in the EMR
- Conduct follow-up calls to review progress and address concerns
- Support patients with questions about the Medi-Weightloss program
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication at every visit
- Assist with administrative duties (phones, scheduling, filing)
- Maintain daily inventory for clinical supplies
- Support clinic marketing initiatives and patient engagement efforts
- Train new staff on procedures (when requested)
- Contribute ideas to enhance clinic workflow, efficiency, and patient outcomes
