Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent or relevant experience required for new hires effective April 2014.
- Medical Assistant Certification or Medical Assistant Diploma.
- Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
- Minimum one year work experience in public contact job.
Nice To Haves
- Work experience in health care preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assisting physicians with patient care, clerical, environmental and organization tasks.
- Appointment scheduling and chart management.
- Providing information to patients so they may fully utilize and benefit from the clinic services.
- Conveying a positive image of the organization.
