Requirements
- Prior experience in Medical Assistant role
- Proficient time management, prioritization, judgment, decision making and organizational skills
- Able to work in fast paced environment and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- The Medical Assistants will assist the physician in creating a quality patient encounter
- Check-in/out, registers Telehealth, chart-prep etc..
- Utilizes EMR systems; sends prescription refill requests, sends notifications for new pharmacies and physicians, and manages charts
- Schedules appointments
