About The Position
With more than 90 clinics nationwide and a rapidly growing patient base, Ageless Men’s Health is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Medical Assistant (MA) to join our Meridian, ID clinical team! At Ageless, we specialize in safe, medically managed testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), weight management, skin care, and concierge medicine — helping men improve their overall health, confidence, and quality of life. As a Medical Assistant at Ageless Men’s Health, you’ll play an essential role in creating an exceptional patient experience while supporting both the clinical and front office operations.
Requirements
- Completion of a Medical Assistant or nursing Assistant training program (certification strongly preferred) or at least 1+ year of work experience as a Medical Assistant, Nurse Assistant, etc.
- Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday.
- EMR proficiency and strong attention to detail.
Nice To Haves
- Phlebotomy experience (preferred).
- Current or recent experience in a clinic or outpatient medical setting (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Greet patients, check them in, and help maintain a welcoming, professional clinic atmosphere.
- Support front office operations including scheduling, answering phones, and processing payments.
- Assist clinical staff by preparing injections, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean, organized work area.
- Take patient vitals, perform blood draws, and assist with other clinical procedures as needed.
- Educate and engage patients about treatment protocols, clinic services, and healthy lifestyle habits.
- Document patient interactions and procedures accurately in the EMR system.
- Collaborate closely with the clinic team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional patient outcomes.
