Requirements

• Medical Assistant school, Medical Assistant certification preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work with psychiatric patients in a respectful and professional manner
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and nurses with patient care in a psychiatric outpatient setting
• Take vital signs and document patient information accurately
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
• Handle basic administrative tasks, including updating electronic health records
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
