About The Position

Are you a friendly, compassionate person who enjoys helping others feel comfortable and cared for? We’re looking for a Medical Assistant to join our Specialty Clinic Team and be a welcoming presence for our patients every day. In this is a role you’ll support clinical team, helping our practice run smoothly while providing excellent care and service to our patients.

Requirements

• Caring, dependable, and enjoys working with people
• Comfortable in a busy medical office environment
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Interested in learning and growing professionally
• High school diploma required
• Graduate of a Medical Assisting Program Required
• Basic patient care skills and familiarity with medical office workflows

Nice To Haves

• Medical office or patient-care experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with kindness and help them feel at ease
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with patient questions
• Support providers and clinical staff throughout the day
• Participate in team meetings, training, and quality improvement activities
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and positive environment
