Requirements

1+ year of experience as a Medical Assistant or LPN in a clinical setting
Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking
Strong verbal and written communication
Team-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
Willingness to travel occasionally to our Oshkosh clinic (Primary location: Appleton & Neenah)

Nice To Haves

CMA or LPN certification preferred
BLS certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

Conduct safe, accurate allergy testing
Administer immunotherapy injections, following the Six Rights of Medication Administration
Document patient care promptly and accurately
Prepare allergy serums
Monitor patient compliance and provide education
Collaborate with physicians and advocate for patients
Support the billing process as needed
