About The Position

Foot and Ankle Specialists of Illinois (FASI) is hiring an experienced Medical Assistant for a busy podiatry practice. This is a hands-on clinical role supporting physicians and delivering excellent patient care.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of Medical Assistant experience (fast-paced or procedural clinic preferred).
• Experience in a clinical or outpatient setting
• EMR/EHR experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

• CCMA certification (or equivalent)
• podiatry/orthopedic experience
• bilingual (Spanish)
• CPR

Responsibilities

• Room patients and assist with exams and procedures
• Take vitals, medical histories, and document in EMR (ModMed)
• Maintain efficient patient flow in a fast-paced clinic
• Prepare and clean exam rooms
• Educate patients on treatment plans
• Ensure accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation
