Requirements
- Exceptional customer relationship skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities
- Verifies patient information by interviewing patient; recording medical history; confirming purpose of visit.
- Act as the concierge for patients- greeting and directing patients to their appointments and surgery.
- Schedules surgeries by making arrangements with the surgical center; verifying times with patients; preparing charts, pre-admission and consent forms.
- Counsel patients by transmitting physician's orders and questions about surgery and post-op instructions.
