Requirements

Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
A commitment to confidentiality, safety, and patient-centered care

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED
Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program

Responsibilities

Assist providers with exams, procedures, and treatments while ensuring a smooth and compassionate patient experience
Perform vital signs, wound care, diagnostic testing (e.g., EKG, PCR), and specimen collection
Manage patient records and handle correspondence
Support front office operations
Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment
Support training of new staff
