Medical Assistant Part-time/Days - OC Float Pool
About The Position
Welcome to a medical center where you're the center of attention. Overlake Clinics is currently seeking an experienced full-time Medical Assistant for our Float Pool. Overlake Clinics, (OC), is a wholly owned subsidiary of Overlake Hospital Medical Center. OMC offers a range of services including urgent care, primary care, and specialty clinics. Overlake clinics are currently located in Seattle's eastside neighboring cities of Bellevue, Kirkland, Issaquah, and Redmond. The employee will float approximately 4 days each week to the clinics, and 1 day per week in Bellevue doing administrative work. Part-time 0.6FTE / 24 hours per week Monday - Friday / 3 days a week / 8 hour shift
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Graduate of a certified medical assistant program required.
- Medical Assistant Certification through Washington State Department Health Required.
- CPR certification required.
- Minimum one (1) year of medical assisting experience in a clinic setting preferred.
- COVID-19 vaccination requirement: After October 18, 2021 all Washington state healthcare employees, contractors and volunteers will be required to provide proof of full COVID-19 immunization as a condition of employment. You must provide this proof before your first day of employment with Overlake. Please remember to bring your COVID-19 immunization card to your pre-hire health screening with our Employee Health team.
