We are looking for a dynamic Clinical Medical Assistant to join our growing practice and help us deliver high-quality patient care.

Requirements

2 years of combined education/experience as a substitute for minimum experience
Medical Assistant (MA) Certification, CPR, and First Aid Certification are preferred
Hands-on experience in a clinical setting
Experience with EMR

Nice To Haves

Dermatology or surgical experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare examination rooms, ensuring cleanliness before each appointment, and stock them with necessary equipment, instruments, and supplies.
Engage and focus on the patient experience
You will be responsible for gathering patient information, informed consent, and payment information
Assist the physician with minor procedures, patient charting, uploading imaging, and patient follow-up appointment scheduling
Provide detailed post-care instructions to the patient and/or family members
Accurately complete pathology and laboratory requisitions as required
Complete logs and send specimens to the laboratory
You would be required to go to other locations throughout the week
You will perform other tasks and duties as directed
Travel is required for this position
