About The Position

Join TriHealth Clinton Regional Hospital Physician Practices and be part of a close‑knit care team serving the Wilmington community. As a Non‑Certified Medical Assistant, you’ll support physicians and patients by assisting with exams, taking vital signs, preparing exam rooms, and performing clinical tasks such as EKGs, injections, venipuncture, and basic lab testing. You’ll enjoy a stable, family‑friendly schedule—full time, day shift, Monday–Friday, with no weekends or holidays—while building your skills in a supportive environment that values professionalism, teamwork, and compassion. Located in Wilmington, Ohio, TriHealth Clinton Regional Hospital offers the warmth of small‑town life with easy access to Cincinnati, Dayton, and Columbus. Requirements

  • High School Degree
  • Up to 1 year experience in a healthcare setting
  • Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS)
  • EKG, Injections, Venipuncture
  • Performance of common lab tests according to establish CLIA guidelines and TriHealth policy
  • Up to 1 year experience in a healthcare setting

  • Demonstrates flexibility and/or initiative in seeking or accepting additional assignments, and a willingness to learn.
  • Exhibits dependability in areas such as attendance, punctuality and the timely performance of duties.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in assisting with medical procedures on adults and children.
  • Maintains the safety and cleanliness of the treatment area.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of clean and sterile procedures in the use of medical equipment.
