We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Medical Assistant to join our high-performing team. The ideal candidate is a fast learner and a team player. You must be able to multi-task, work efficiently under pressure, problem-solve, and use good judgment in a fast-paced clinical environment. Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am or 8:00am start time (8-hour shifts) with every other rotating weekend and some holidays. You may have the opportunity to float to our Encino location on an occasional basis.

Requirements

High School Diploma required.
Graduate of an Accredited Medical Assistant Program.
CPR Certification.
At least 1 year of experience in a clinical setting (Women’s Health preferred).
Willingness to travel between Santa Monica and Encino offices.
Availability to work occasional weekends and holidays.
Familiarity with CDC, HIPAA, and OSHA compliance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assist physicians and nurses with patient care within defined scope of practice.
Escort patients to exam/procedure rooms and prepare them for examinations.
Perform phlebotomy.
Clean and maintain exam rooms, treatment areas, and medical equipment.
Maintain accurate logs and records of procedures.
Manage supply inventory and ordering.
Perform clerical duties as assigned.
Provide professional, compassionate support to all patients.
