As a Medical Assistant at IPI, you’ll be part of a fast-paced, mission-driven team that thrives on delivering exceptional care. You’ll support interventional pain procedures, manage patient flow, and help ensure a smooth clinic experience. This is a role for someone who’s organized, adaptable, and passionate about helping people feel better — often when they need it most.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience with EMR systems required
• 2+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant preferred

Nice To Haves

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification preferred
• Background in pain management preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare injections and solutions for pain management procedures
• Clean, prepare, and sterilize instruments and surgical equipment
• Follow physician orders, protocols, and safety procedures precisely
• Collect patient data including vital signs and medical history
• Coordinate information between patients, physicians, and staff
• Check patients in and out with professionalism and efficiency
• Perform clerical tasks such as answering phones and filing reports
• Manage pre-authorizations and maintain accurate, organized charts
• Assist in coordinating physician schedules and appointments
