The company is seeking a Medical Assistant with excellent patient care skills, strong communication, and concierge-level customer service to work within a Health Center setting. This role is vital in supporting providers and ensuring the seamless operation of the clinic, maintaining a patient-focused environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical Assistant certification or diploma from an accredited MA program.
• Current BLS Certification required.
• Minimum one year of recent experience in a medical setting, OR entry through an approved CareATC Internship or school-sponsored externship program.
• Excellent patient care skills, great communication, and strong customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and room patients, measure and record vital signs, and maintain clean exam rooms.
• Obtain blood and urine samples, and perform other clinical duties as assigned.
• Execute necessary clerical responsibilities to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Exhibit good clinical judgment within the scope of the role, with or without the provider present.
• Follow all clinical and clerical protocols per company policy.
