Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Medical Assistant, you'll keep the day running smoothly and efficiently for your patients and clinical team. Every day, you will take the lead on proactively preparing patient charts, ensuring all information is obtained and up-to-date for those seen in our facility. You can expect to have multiple patients daily depending on the number of physicians are on-site. Your success in this role comes from your enthusiasm to help others, work efficiently, and your empathy for our patients. Consistently demonstrates customer service expectations as outlined. Consistently makes eye contact and smiles. Demonstrates active listening with positive can do attitude. Consistently respectful, concerned, and shows empathy.

Requirements

  • High School Graduate
  • Satisfactory completion of a formal Medical Assistant program or military training that is equivalent to an accredited Medical Assistant program., upon hire or High School GED
  • Satisfactory completion of a formal Medical Assistant program or military training that is equivalent to an accredited Medical Assistant program., upon hire
  • Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire

Nice To Haves

  • Six (6) months experience in an outpatient setting as a Medical Assistant., upon hire
