About The Position

We are an established group practice in West Hills, California looking for someone dynamic to join our team of Medical Assistants. We have a fast-paced family environment that focuses on doing the right thing for the right reasons for our patients!

Requirements

• 5 days a week M-F

Nice To Haves

• BLS / CPR Certification
• Medical Assistant Certificate
• Previous experience in Cardiology
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office apps

Responsibilities

• Page and communicate clearly with physicians
• Team player, punctual attendance, and strong work ethic
• Assist with appointment confirmations (if applicable) and responds to patient inquiries
• Prepare and clean patient exam rooms
• Assist with Protime clinic, pacemakers, and other testing
• Place, track, receive, and report on holter monitors and event monitors
• Strong ability to obtain vitals, manual blood pressure, medication reconciliation, perform EKG’s, stress tests hook up, and more
• Input patient information into the EHR system
