Motivated, dependable team player who is passionate about health and wellness and lives a healthy lifestyle.
Customer Service Skills: Front desk reception or customer service experience (preferred, but not required).
Medical Experience: Familiarity with a medical setting (preferred, but we’ll train the right candidate!).
Enthusiasm for Learning: Eagerness to develop new skills in the medical field, with comprehensive training provided in injection administration, EKG, phlebotomy, and more.
Team Spirit: A collaborative mindset and dedication to patient care.

Nice To Haves

Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish (preferred, but not required).

Responsibilities

Create a Warm Environment: Greet every patient with a smile, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere while upholding outstanding customer service standards.
Patient Support: Assist patients with booking, rescheduling, and managing appointments with ease and efficiency.
Program Expertise: Answer inquiries about the Medi-Weightloss program, providing clear and knowledgeable responses to patients and prospective clients.
Administrative Excellence: Handle phone, text, and fax communications, routing messages promptly and professionally.
Billing and Inventory: Support billing and coding tasks and monitor daily inventory levels for clinical and office supplies.
Document Management: Perform daily scanning and uploading of patient documents to maintain organized, accurate records.
Clinic Upkeep: Ensure the clinic remains clean, welcoming, and compliant with OSHA and HIPAA standards.
Team Collaboration: Embrace opportunities to learn and train in new roles, contributing to the clinic’s success.
